Shipping 

Standard Shipping (outside of Christmas)

All items listed on the site are ready to ship(unless listed with a specific restock date, these are preorders), and will do so within 7 business days, EXCEPT for during a SALE or NEW RELEASE, additional time for shipping (up to 2 wks) may be required, thank you for your patience. Items are shipped worldwide using CANPAR, Canada Post & UPS as needed (untracked lettermail, orders to PO Boxes, international orders are sent via Canada Post or DHL). If you do not see your country listed for shipping, or require rush shipping, please contact me before placing your order. Items shipped using the lettermail option are untracked, and The Sweet Life Apparel & Gifts will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items sent using the untracked option. Shipping charges are a flat rate & are less than the actual cost of shipping paid by me.

International customers will be responsible for customs/duty charges.

Vancouver & Lower Mainland: 2-5 business days
Rest of Canada: 5-10 business days 
United States: 7-10 Business days
International: 10-15 Business days

FREE SHIPPING: Shipping promotions only apply to standard shipping services (not priority/expedited/rush services). Orders must meet min spend BEFORE TAXES, to qualify for Free Shipping. Orders that receive free shipping, ship OUT free. Returns/exchanges on items in those orders do not ship free when coming back. Return shipping & additional shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Orders that receive FREE SHIPPING, but return enough of their order, to fall below the Free Shipping minimum spends, will have a $10 admin fee deducted from their refund to cover shipping/admin costs.

In the event that an order is returned to sender to due to an address entry error on the customers part, return shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of the customer. (applies to Free Shipping Promotions as well)

Orders that include a pre-ordered item (item that is not ready to ship yet), will be held & shipped when the order is complete & all items will go out at the same time in one shipment.

Holiday Shipping Info 

Well we all know that 2020 changed the shipping world! Couriers are going to do their best, but they are not guaranteeing their typical delivery timeframes. My best advice would be to shop sooner than later for special occasions.

Orders are always shipped as fast as possible, but time in transit is out of my control.

Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at thesweetlifeapparel@gmail.com for an exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt. Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached & original receipt or invoice. All return & shipping/handling charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Merchandise must be odour free, stain free, with sewn in tags in tact, no stretching, and no pet hair (please consider brushing the item with a lint roller).

**SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS, BODYSUITS, MASKS, SOCKS, DOORMATS & MUGS ARE FINAL SALE**

**SEASONAL & EVENT SPECIFIC ITEMS ie. Christmas/Halloween/Valentines/Super Bowl etc.. themed items, are not available for a return or shop credit past the holiday/event.

Holiday gifts are eligible for exchange ONLY, and must be requested via email:

SALE ITEMS purchased during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday/Boxing Day/Annual Birthday Sale/Large Sale promos are eligible for EXCHANGE only.

Local PickUp Details

Local pickup in Coquitlam is available 7 days a week, may occasionally be unavailable for long weekends, please check in advance.

Please email the evening before (before 9pm) to let me know when you are coming by for pickup, otherwise I may not be able to make same day pickups as I may not be available to leave your order out for you. Emails are not monitored 24/7. Please ONLY EMAIL to confirm your pickup date- DMs get lost & FB Messages are not monitored frequently.

Pickup while contactless, is not curbside. Please plan to park & exit your vehicle, to pick your order up from the front door.

**DO NOT Pull Nose down our driveway, it is steep**

*If you do not see your order at the front door step, please try knocking*

**activity on premises is monitored by surveillance cameras**

If you are unable to pickup on the day you have prearranged, orders are brought back inside & are not left outside over night. Please email again to confirm the next available date to pop by.

**Please ensure that you have selected the correct pickup/shipping option for you. Orders that are placed with addresses out of the area, may be delayed, as a separate invoice for shipping will need to be issued.

Local pickup orders that are not picked up past 30 days, no longer qualify for a refund or exchange.

Every once in a while I take weekends/holidays off & local pickups may not be available during that time.
